  • 2nd half

Story & Final Verdict:

Actor Suriya is going through a bad phase and now teams up with Selva Raghavan who is also in bad phase for a politicial thriller NGK, Nanda Gopal Krishna (NGK) is a guy who is happily doing organic farming in his village by leaving job in MNC, when the pesticides mafia starts to trouble him and eventually, the issue leads him toward politics. What made Nanda Gopal join into politics and how he faces all the odds is all that the film is about.

Coming to artists and technicians, Performances wise suriya is the only positive in this film whenever movie goes down he tried to pick but the slow narration tests your patience, There is no much scope for sai pallavi who does a typical village girl role and Rakul Preet is good with her role as a political analyst, coming to technical aspects BGM and two songs by yuvan is good and rest all the songs are below par and cinematogrophy and production values are lavish and director selva raghavan fails in every aspect with his very slow narration and boring screenplay. On a whole NGK is a very slow and boring film to watch this weekend and if you are a hardcore Suriya's fan only you can try it out.

Bottom Line:  NGK Test's Your Patience !
